Return & Refund Policy – Heycare

At Heycare, we design everyday beauty tools to be simple, useful, and effective.
If something doesn’t feel right, we’re here to help.


Returns

Due to the nature of our products (personal care & hygiene), we do not accept returns once the product has been used or opened.

We do accept returns only in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged
  • Product received is defective
  • Wrong item delivered

To be eligible:

  • Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • Product must be unused and in original packaging
  • Unboxing video or clear proof is required

How to Request a Return

Email us at support@heycare.in

with:

  • Order ID
  • Issue description
  • Photos or unboxing video

Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours.


Refunds

Once your request is approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • Amount will be credited to the original payment method

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

  • Refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or opened products
  • Products damaged due to misuse
  • Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If eligible, you can return the item and place a new order.
