At Heycare, we keep things simple — from how our products work to how they reach you.
Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next working day
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email.
Shipping Timeline
- Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
- Other Locations: 3–7 business days
Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on your location and courier availability.
Shipping Charges
- We offer free shipping on all orders.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available on select orders and locations
- Please ensure you are available to receive the order to avoid failed deliveries
Order Tracking
Once shipped, you can track your order using the link shared with you.
If you face any issues, feel free to reach out to our support team.
Delivery Delays
While we aim to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:
- High order volumes
- Courier delays
- Weather or unforeseen circumstances
We appreciate your patience in such cases.
Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
- Please ensure your address and contact details are accurate
- Orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses may be delayed or cancelled
If a delivery fails due to customer unavailability, re-delivery may be attempted based on courier policies.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear photos or an unboxing video for verification
